This is a great set of couches here. Perfect for a new apartment. We got them last september when we moved here and love them. The demotions are: COUCH --80 inches long x 34 inches tall x 36 inches wide LOVESEAT-- 57 inches long x 34 inches tall x 36 inches wide. They are in great condition, I vacuum them once or twice a week to keep clean. CAUTION: We got a cat 8 months ago so the couches have had the kitten on them (part of the reason I vacuum so often) this is only a problem if you are very allergic to cats. (the couch does not smell like animal, I just wanted top be honest about having been around a pet.) They are in perfect condition, I just want a new look for the apartment. They are brown microfiber and very comfortable. Like I said we love them. We want them for 450 but are willing to negotiate a little. THIS IS A GREAT OFFER FOR AN 11 MONTH OLD SET OF COUCHES!!!
